Well another great day of surfing went down at Dairy beach for the 3rd North Swell contest of this year..

Although the field was not as big as the past events, we had great surf with surfers pulling off some amazing turns...

The wind was a hard North Easter which left for some very good entertainment for the surfers waiting for their heats with the powerade surf ski event. Leaving much to be desired with some of the paddlers skills.

We had an appearance from some of the older locals which was great with Dane Patterson rocking up to surf.

Once again from the juniors right through to the masters the surfing was great. With stand out surfing from Davey van zyl, Kane Benniworth, Josh Smit, Dane Patterson, Rob Whyte, Mark Shepperson to name a few. Actually in the early rounds Davey and Kane were on fire, with Davey doing some explosive turns.

Again myself and Luke would like to thank all the sponsors involved, Quicksilver, Fox, Volcom, Roxy, The Tostee brothers from Surf HQ for their generous vouchers, Lizzard, Oneil.

I would like to thank everyone for coming down and Happy Mothers day to all the Mom's who let their kids surf on the day.
