Hi Guys,

I hope this mail finds you all safe and well wherever you may be. For those of you still in Durbs I would like to invite you to come and enter the first Wave Wizards contest of the 2009 series sponsored by Hurricane Surf co and Lizzard which will be held on August 2^nd 7:00am down at Bronze Beach due to the construction taking place at Main.

We will be running several divisions namely U/14, U/18 and Open men’s as before with the possible additions of Girls and Masters Divisions entries dependent.

The Entry price will be R50.00 per contest and are open to all those living North of the Umgeni River. Entries will be taken at Lizzard Gateway or the Hurricane Surf store in Umhlanga next to the wimpy. Heat sheets will be drawn up prior to the contest day so there will be no late beach entries.

As this is the first comp being held after a long break it would be a great help if you could forward this mail on and spread the word.

For those of you interested in getting involved with the club we will be getting together after the first event to elect a committee and decide on a course for the future of this once great club.
