Overseas News:  A few of our Durban Surfers are in Azores and will be surfing later today. Davey Weare is in heat 6, Ricky Basnett in heat 11,  Brandon Jackson is in heat 13, Travis in heat 20 and Rudy in heat 17.  Beyrick unfortunately sprained his ankle in Newquay so tried but could not surf.  Other SA surfers to watch are Royden (heat 2), and Shaun J (heat 6) The waves there are TINY but they have to run it as the forecast is not looking good.  To watch live go to: http://www.aspeurope.com/events2010/azores/live.php

Lots of shark activity still on Durban beaches – they were netting a lot of sardines again yesterday but the North Coast seems ok for surfing.  Nets are back at main beach Umhlanga.
