SURF IN DURBAN – CRANKING!
Everyone in Durban seems to be FROTHING with the swell. Lots of barrels and whoops of delight! About 90 surfers out at New Pier this morning. Just bodies from pier to pier….
OPEN MEN / WOMEN’S TRIALS – AND MASTERS +35
We will be having all three trials in one day – format depends on no of entries.

Development KZN Surfing Team – don’t forget your Flags/ Paddle/ Tag coaching this weekend from 10am to 11:30am at Dairy Beach. Then team coaching with QJ from 12:30 to 2pm.
Club events this weekend! Northswell and Wave Wizards this Sunday 14 March 2010. Please all get your entries in asap.
Northswell age divisons are: Masters (30+), Open Men, u20 boys, u16 boys Open Women
Wave Wizards age divisions are: Masters (35+) Open Men, u18 boys, u14 boys, u10 boys. Open women, u16 girls, u10 girls and a SUP (Stand Up) Division.
Both Clubs are offering fantastic prizes including Cash – so get those entries in.
Overseas News:
Well done to Chad du Toit who got tie 33rd in the Burton Toyota Pro in Newcastle. Brandon Jackson is also there and has just won his heat and is thru to round of 16! Damien still to surf in round of 32.
The Boost Mobile Surf Sho at Bondi Beach in Aus is starting today 12 March. Jordy Smith will no doubt be doing his boosting. Lots of surfing to watch live over the weekend.
